Position Overview

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population, managing both chronic and acute conditions. Your role extends beyond patient care to include participation in quality initiatives and clinic operations, shaping the standards and models of patient care. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, supporting and mentoring staff, and actively engaging in the Patient-Centered Medical Home model.

    The ideal candidate is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician with at least two years of post-residency experience. You should hold a current license to practice in Washington and be eligible for FTCA coverage. Strong clinical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a commitment to compassionate, community-focused care are essential for thriving in this role.
