Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities include evaluating and managing acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing preventive medicine and patient education. You will work collaboratively within a medical group, supported by an advanced electronic medical record system, and coordinate care with specialists as needed.
