Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in a dynamic community health setting. Your role will include conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and providing women's health services. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care, from diagnosis to discharge planning.
