Kendalville, IN- Outpatient to 250k

*Not for Profit Community Health center

*Current need is all outpatient work at full time at 40 hours per week

*Schedule is Monday- Friday between the hours of 8a-5p

*Job duties :psych evals and medication checks/med management

*VOLUNTARY call done by phone only for additional compensation

*Quarterly bonuses are offered as well
