Position Overview
As an LCSW-Psychotherapist, you will provide psychotherapy to adults and older youth, utilizing modalities like Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Mindfulness, and DBT. Your role includes diagnosing mental and emotional disorders, treating co-occurring conditions, and managing crises. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Nurse Case Managers and Psychiatry specialists, ensuring a patient-centered approach.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate holds a CA LCSW in good standing, has at least two years of experience, and is BLS certified through the American Heart Association. A Master’s degree in social work and experience in FQHCs or Community Health Clinics are advantageous. You should thrive in a multinational, multicultural environment and possess expertise in treating a wide range of psychological disorders.
