Position Overview

As the Medical Director, you will split your time equally between administrative leadership and clinical care. Clinically, you will manage an outpatient primary care panel, seeing approximately three patients per hour. Your administrative duties will include provider oversight, quality improvement, workflow development, and strategic collaboration with leadership. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing leadership to ensure exceptional patient-centered care.

    The ideal candidate will be a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible physician in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, or Pediatrics with at least three years of clinical practice experience.
