Position Overview
As a Nursing Manager (RN), you'll lead nursing operations and clinical care delivery in a dynamic outpatient setting. You'll guide nursing staff, coordinate patient flow, and ensure that clinical teams are equipped to provide safe, compassionate care. Your role involves establishing consistent nursing practices, addressing operational challenges, and enhancing communication across departments—balancing administrative duties with hands-on clinical support.
Position Highlights

Compensation & Benefits
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate possesses strong clinical judgment and organizational skills, thriving in a busy outpatient environment. Experience with diverse and underserved populations is valuable, as is an understanding of healthcare access barriers. Candidates must have an active New York State RN license, with prior leadership experience in primary or community healthcare settings preferred. A BSN is also preferred.
