Position Overview
As a Nurse Practitioner in the Geriatric and Palliative Care program, you'll perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and manage treatment plans for older adult inpatients. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and nurses, to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include conducting medical evaluations, prescribing medications, and participating in health education and promotion programs.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, Connecticut-licensed APRN with board certification as an AGPCNP, AGACNP, or Family NP. You should be independent, have an active NP, DEA License, and CT CSP, and thrive in a collaborative environment dedicated to geriatric and palliative care.
