    About physician jobs

Most of the physician jobs on our board never appear on a job board. A hospital, health system, medical group, or community health center hires MedStaff Nationwide to fill a search, and our recruiters present the role directly to physicians who fit it. That means the openings here are current, the employer is already committed to hiring, and the details a job board leaves out, such as call, panel, and compensation structure, are things your recruiter can answer before you apply.
