Position Overview
In this vital role, you'll oversee the daily operations of a network serving around 40 hospitals and healthcare facilities. You will coordinate with approximately 70 to 80 providers, managing an administrative team of 15 nonclinical staff members. Your day will involve staffing coordination, enhancing billing processes, and guiding the team through technological transitions. You'll play a key role in improving administrative processes, ensuring effective communication, and supporting our mission of compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care.
