Position Overview
As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing with an unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Louisiana. Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, or Adult Nurse Practitioner is required. While three or more years of clinical experience in a community health setting is preferred, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant asset. Candidates should demonstrate compassion, cultural competence, and a commitment to serving as a medical home for patients and families.
