As the Behavioral Health Medical Director, you will lead a dynamic team, providing both clinical and administrative expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview

In this full-time outpatient leadership role, you'll spend approximately 80% of your time delivering direct psychiatric care and 20% on medical leadership duties. You'll provide comprehensive services, including evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning for both adults and children. You will also oversee psychiatric service quality, supervise providers, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align care with the organization’s mission.
