Position Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the Primary Care team, working closely with physicians and an integrated care team. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with patient care, providing nursing services, conducting patient follow-ups, and coordinating care plans. You'll be primarily stationed at one of two clinic locations but may occasionally work at both. Your role also includes triaging patient inquiries and supporting quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $115,000 to $135,000 per year, depending on experience
  • 8.64 hours of PTO accrued per month
