Position Overview
As a Therapist within this dynamic team, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Your role will include conducting clinical assessments, establishing diagnoses, and delivering psychological interventions. You will collaborate with medical providers for seamless care coordination and participate in program development and staff education.
Position Highlights
✓ Provide in-person and telehealth psychotherapy services
✓ Conduct risk assessments and triage behavioral health crises
✓ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for coordinated patient care
✓ Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and more
✓ Maintain timely clinical documentation and coding
✓ Participate in community meetings and referrals for holistic care
✓ Support staff education and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
✓ No weekend work required
Compensation & Benefits
Ideal Candidate
You are a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a graduate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Addictions Counseling, or Psychology. Holding an active Indiana license (LCSW, LMHC, LCAC, or HSPP), you bring at least two years of clinical experience in outpatient behavioral health settings. You thrive in an integrated care environment, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate sound clinical judgment. Your ability to remain calm in crisis situations and your commitment to community health make you an excellent fit for this role.
