Position Overview

As the Chief Medical Officer, you will lead the clinical operations and medical services, providing day-to-day supervision of physicians and advanced practice providers. This role involves overseeing clinical quality and performance, leading provider meetings, participating in physician recruitment, and managing clinical staff development. You'll spearhead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, develop clinical policies, and ensure compliance with various health regulations. Additionally, you'll maintain an active clinical presence, support medical school relationships, and engage with community organizations.

    The ideal candidate is a seasoned physician leader with an MD or DO, Board Certification, and at least 10 years of relevant experience. You possess strong clinical leadership, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. A commitment to patient-centered care, health equity, and serving diverse and underserved populations is essential. Strong communication and organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple clinical and administrative priorities, will ensure success in this role.
