Position Overview

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will deliver a range of behavioral health services, including assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning. You will work with a diverse patient population, addressing behavioral health and psychosocial concerns in collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team. Your role will be pivotal in helping patients overcome barriers to health and wellness, while integrating care across various disciplines.

Compensation & Benefits

    The ideal candidate is a compassionate and culturally sensitive LCSW who thrives in a community health setting. You should possess excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively document and manage an outpatient caseload. A Master’s Degree in Social Work and active New York State LCSW credential are required. Prior experience in outpatient behavioral health or integrated care settings is highly desirable.
