Position Overview

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you will provide direct patient care through psychosocial assessments, interventions, and post-hospitalization planning. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address patients' psychosocial needs and coordinate resources for them and their families. The role offers potential for telehealth services expansion, allowing you to reach more patients across our satellite clinics. Expect a manageable caseload of 6–8 longer visits per day.
