This respected behavioral health center is seeking a Medical Director in East Berlin, CT, to oversee programs aiding providers with behavioral, physical, or substance use challenges. This opportunity allows you to impact healthcare systems positively without direct patient care, focusing on education, rehabilitation, and support.

Position Overview

In this non-clinical role, you will lead a dedicated team, providing oversight, case review, and program leadership. Work alongside an RN, therapists, and a case manager to support approximately 400 cases annually. Your efforts will focus on clinical decision-making, provider support, and maintaining program integrity, all while enjoying a flexible work schedule.

  • Base salary starting at $220,000+ annually
  • Year-end bonus determined by the Board

  • CME: $2,500 stipend + 4 days
