Position Overview
In this leadership role, you will oversee the Medical Department, guiding clinical practices and shaping medical policy. Your work will involve mentoring clinical leaders, supervising APRNs and LPNs, and conducting audits to ensure high standards of care. While managing a limited caseload of at-risk clients, you will collaborate with community partners and regional mental health authorities to promote best practices and coordinate care effectively.

Compensation & Benefits
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an MD or DO, board certified in psychiatry, with a Connecticut medical license or eligibility. A background in community psychiatry, crisis intervention, and medical management is essential. Additional qualifications such as an MPH or MBA are welcomed.
