Position Overview
As a Psychiatrist in this inpatient setting, you will evaluate and manage patients with various psychiatric conditions, focusing on those with observation status and medical needs related to surgical procedures. You will lead a collaborative team, conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate necessary clinical and diagnostic tests. Additionally, you will assist with hospital case management, patient transfers, and discharge planning to ensure seamless care transitions.
