About family medicine physician jobs
Family medicine is the most-recruited physician specialty in the country and one of the few where the candidate has most of the leverage. Fewer residents choose it each year while primary care demand keeps growing, so organizations compete on schedule, panel size, loan repayment, and support rather than salary alone. The openings on our board come from outpatient groups, community health centers, rural programs, and health system networks, and every one of them is a search an employer has hired us to fill.
