Position Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner in the Primary Care department, you will provide care for patients ages 2 and older, managing routine health maintenance, acute visits, and chronic disease management. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nursing staff, behavioral health professionals, and social services, to ensure comprehensive patient care. The role is primarily outpatient-focused, with a supportive call rotation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Minimum starting salary of $124,800 annually
  • Full salary range: $115,518–$173,328, depending on experience
